The Embers · Sayulita
A tropical patio tucked under the mango trees, with an upper covered terrace and lounge spaces that shift around your event rather than the other way around.
Candlelight, warm wood, and the kind of setting that makes people stay longer than they planned.
Habibi · San Pancho
Warmer, smaller, made for long tables and sharing plates. Habibi is our more intimate space — ideal when you want the whole room to feel like one table.
Flexible by design
Not every celebration needs the entire restaurant. We work both ways.
In both cases: no venue rental fee. We simply set a minimum spend on food and drinks, which varies by day and season.

The whole venue is yours for the evening. Your music, your timeline, your guest list, your decoration. No other diners, no interruptions.
Best for: wedding welcome parties, large birthdays, corporate buyouts and events above 40 guests.

We reserve a defined section for your group while the rest stays open. You keep your own space and service without booking the full venue.
Best for: reunions, bachelor or bachelorette dinners, birthdays and groups of 12 to 35.
The menu
Chef Andrea Nardo leads both kitchens with a Mediterranean-meets-tropical menu built around fresh, seasonal ingredients — Italian technique, local produce and coastal seafood.
Seated family-style: generous dishes served at the center of the table to share.
Standing cocktail & canapés: passed bites and stations designed to keep people moving.
Menus are fully customizable, and vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free needs are covered.

Celebrating somewhere else?
If your event is happening at a villa, private estate or another venue, we bring the full kitchen, bar and service team anywhere across the Riviera Nayarit.
The Embers hosts up to 150 guests standing and 60 seated. Habibi hosts up to 50. For anything larger, we can cater at an outside venue.
No. We only ask for a minimum spend on food and drinks, which varies by day and season.
A full buyout makes the entire venue exclusively yours. Semi-private reserves a dedicated section while the restaurant stays open.
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options are available. Tell us in advance and we will build your menu around it.
Absolutely. Bring your own DJ or send us a public playlist. We can also arrange a DJ with about a month of notice.
Yes. We work with trusted local vendors for florals, decoration, music, photography and event logistics.
We recommend four to six weeks for private events and two to three months for weddings and peak-season dates.
Yes. A deposit secures your date and is fully deductible from your final balance. Cancellation terms are shared with your proposal.
